The basic group of bipolar protecting and suppression circuits is composed by
the parallel combination of capacitor 2M2/100V and power zener-diode. The
protecting and suppression circuits CD 01 and CD 01/8 are determined for the
voltage protection of the DC supply network 12V from power voltage peaks over 24V.
The circuit CD 01/8 differs from the protecting and suppression circuit CD 01 only
in the diameter of the cable outlet termination, which is 8 mm at the circuit
CD 01/8.
The bipolar protecting and suppression circuit CD 03 is determined for the
voltage protection of the DC supply network 24V from power voltage peaks over 30V.

The new line of bridge rectifiers and one way rectifiers is solved in the
plastic case (PA 66) and the connection to the control element and to the
action cell is made by the terminal block. Rectifiers are determined for
general using with respect for inductive loading. The product is delivered
with the interconnection between the terminal block outlets +1 and +2,
this solving enables the rectifier control on the input and on the output.
The rectifiers are determined for the input voltage 230V and 400V,
the maximum current consumption is 1A.

The highfrequency filter VF 16 is solved as the tripolar filter, which is used for
the suppress of disturbing highfrequency signals arising e.g. from DC motors operation.

The three-phase diode block 630MA is determined as a rectifier for supply sets of person motor-cars.
The diode block is determined for the direct assembly onto the alternator body with outlets for the
connecting of the stator winding and alternator loading. It is made in two modifications: for the
70A alternator (types 630MA, 830MA) and for the 90A alternator (types 640MA, 840MA). The three-phase
rectifier configuration is made by the connecting special power rectify diodes and it is completed with
the suppression capacitor. The three-phase rectifier can be used as a DC voltage source of a high performance
at the three-phase generation, if the corresponding cooling is ensured.

The interior lighting extender IC 08 serves for the delayed switching-off the interior
lighting of a motor-car. After the motor-car front door are shutted ( the ceiling light
position in régime with the switching-on of the door contact) the delayed switching-off
the interior lighting of a motor-car at cca 12 sec will be realized, if the motor-car
is not start in this time. If this time prolongation passes, the lighting will switch-off.
If the sparking circuit is switch-on in the period of the time prolongation, the interior
lighting will switch-off. The lighting extender IC 08 is made by SMD technology on the
PC board and with mechanical contacts it forms the compact unit. This unit is put into
the plastic case, which forms two special connectors by its design. The lighting extender
IC 08 is adapted for the direct assembly on the body of the interior lighting for
motor-cars, which are equipped with the ceiling lamp 443 313 132 102. The circuit is
reverse polarity protected!
